You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

⚠️ Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as AGIRLGLE cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your chess set arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at agirlgle@hotmail.com.
For these cases, we will work quickly to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or full refund. When the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, AGIRLGLE will cover the necessary replacement shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
