How do I get free shipping?
Ahh . . . it’s the age-old (OK, maybe not that old) question for online shoppers everywhere! We offer free shipping on orders delivery to Europe and North America(Canada, Mexico, United States), usually shipped from China, 2-3 weeks to arrive. And the rest of the world's customers please contact us before placing an order.
What are your shipping options?
We offer four shipping service levels: Standard and Expedited.
Where do you ship from?
- Standard, free shipping, usually shipped from China, 2-3 weeks to arrive;
- Expedited, shipped from China, 3-7 working days to arrive;
- Most of our products have stocks in US warehouse. We will follow the optimal program delivery, so that you receive fastly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’ve partnered with UPS/DHL/China Post provide international shipping options to deliver our toys to Europe and North America. Please note that not every product is available to be shipped to every country for various reasons. If you are not able to add an item to your cart, it is because that product cannot be shipped to your selected destination.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. You can also check the status of your order anytime by 17track.net.
